iHail Dev Update
Of course a lot off people have and are wanting to buy the iPad. I personally will NOT be purchasing an iPad. To me it is a waist of money. I will only get one if someone donates iPads to me then I can work on special programs for the iPad. Once again I am saying I will NOT purchase an iPad it has to be donated to me.
iPhone 4G is going to be released next month and I am getting 2 of them to mess around with. No matter what carrier that they are I will be getting it for that. I do have a T-Mobile prepaid service so that I can still work on all of the Unlocking as all the other developers work on it too. I personally do not see Verizon getting it, but i could be wrong. i am waiting to renew my Contract so that I can get it with what ever carrier it has.
I am currently getting ready to graduate High School as many of you maybe aware of and I just cant wait for that it is going to be awesome. I am getting 2 new Macs that all run with the i5 Intel Processor. I will be hard at work with the iPhone 4G stuff as soon as it is released. limera1n is an awesome program that GeoHot has already built for when the final version is realeased.

Spirit Is Out
Thanks to Comex, the developer of Spirit, for creating a Jailbreak for 3.1.3 IPSW. This is great to use if you are one that has a iPod Touch or an AT&T iPhone 3G and 3GS that is running 3.1.3. iPhone 2G, or 05.08 Bootloaded iPhone 3G [NOTE: This doesnt not make a UNLOCK for other carriers so I strongly recommend that you DO NOT update if you have a 3G or/and 3GS iPhone].
If you have an iPhone 2G then you are okay to update and use the cydia program BootNeuter to allow you to successfully unlock your iPhone to any carrier that you wish to use. Special thanks to the developers of this program from all of the iPhone 2G users.
If you are like me I have one of the first shipments of iPhone 3G so my Bootloader is 05.08, which fuzzyband is a 3G downgrader for the bootloader and it allows you to use blackra1n to unlock your phone to any desired carrier. If your very unsure of which bootloader that you run then download FuzzyBand from Cydia and Run it. It will the tell you your bootloader and all of the other things that you would need to unlock your iPhone.
iTunes Downgrading:
it is very simple for you to create a downgrade for the iTunes program on your windows computer i am currrently working on a video that will release the certain instructions that will downgrade your iTunes to an older editions. I have test ran it multiple times and I have done the following:

3.1.3 Troubles
Hey everyone its been a while but I do see that everyone is having trouble sense Firmware 3.1.3 was released. I am currently working on something for iPod Touch 1st and 2nd Generation users and iPhone 2G users and iPhone 3G users [NOTE: that this downgrade for the 3G is for people that have AT&T Carrier and Love Jailbreaking there iPhones]
I will be keeping everyone up to date on what I find and I will have the downgrade stuff up ASAP!!!!
Also I could use donations but I wont be asking for them UNTIL the file is released and if it works for you!

Jailbreak 3.1.2
Alright thanks to the main man GeoHot has successfully jailbroke the new 3.1.2 firmware. It does work on all devices but 1 bit of info. the jailbroken ipt3 everytime you need a reboot you must rerun Blackra1n. Currently only usable on Windows (Mac Users run boot camp). Alright also for all iPhone 2G users you can Unlock. Also ONLY 05.08 bootloader iPhone 3G's can be reunlocked. iPhone 3G with 05.09 and up also iPhone 3GS should hold off if you rely on an unlock.

update: Blackrain RC3 works for all devices and tethers if you are interested. Runs great on my device and i havent had any trouble with the device at all. Please read the section about my iPhone that gives you hints on what to get from Cydia to allow you iPhone/Ipod Touch to run better in the long run!

Dont Loose Data (In Words)
Hey everybody sorry I have been away from my computer but I am back. Okay the following steps will allow you to downgrade without needing to ReActivate/ReSync (worked and tested on 3G iPhone will be getting an ipt2 soon to test):
1.) plug in your device
2.) open iTunes
3.) Make sure its the latest 9.0.1
4.) Shift+Update (Alt+Update for Mac)
5.) Pick Your IPSW file
6.) then you get an error (its okay)
7.) Now open QuickPwn 2.2-5
8.) It will tell you how to reset your iPhone (hold power+home for 15 seconds; then release the home and power for 2 seconds)
9.) After that click ok and then CLOSE the program.
10.) Now open redsn0w 0.8
11.) pick 3.0 firmware (even if you are running 3.0.1)
12.) Then tada all complete!
If you have the following then you can downgrade back to Baseband 04.26.08 using FuzzyBand:
Bootloader: 05.08
Baseband: 05.11.07
iPhone OS: 3.0 or 3.0.1

iHailstorm Software Preview
This program is NOT available for another 3 to 4 weeks. I will release a v1b1 (VERSION 1 BETA 1) to certain people to let me know how it goes. This program is set to do the following:
1.) Downgrade Your iPhone OS
2.) Downgrade Your Baseband*
The main purpose of this program is to make it easier for everyone who upgraded to the current unsupported iPhone Firmwares and updated Basebands to downgrade. This program will have the ability to downgrade iPhone 2G and 3G [3GS supporting will follow momentarily] and iPod Touch 1G and 2G [The iPod Touch 3G will not be supported until next update] to the iPhone OS of your choice.
I will be working very hard at this and I have a few people in my area that might turn and get involved. I will update everyone on how this goes. When I hit iHailstorm v1b2 (version 1 beta 2) I will release it to the public.
I will also have a custom button built in to the program that will take you to a screen where you can report bugs, failures, comments, and things you want to see improved.
I will have a picture up of the Welcome Screen and the About screen that I am finishing up. Stay Tuned and be ready for a Hailstorm!!!!
